This was an activity I created last year as part of our farm unit. I was able to use it again this year with our children. Both of our children thoroughly enjoyed using this resource, B2 was purely interested in the baby animals, L3 was able to match the animals together and really enjoyed learning the names of the baby farm animals.

I am sharing it for FREE, it’s simple, easy to assemble and great for teaching vocabulary in a cute hands on way.

This was a math activity I created last year as part of our farm unit. I was able to use it again this year with our children and came up with a few ways to scale it up for using with L3. I am sharing it for FREE, it’s simple, easy to assemble and great for teaching numbers 1-5 in a hands on way. You could even put the eggs to a real basket if you have one handy or incorporate a toy duck or chicken into the mix like we did.
This activity is suitable for most children 1..5 – 4 years old.
